Household income limits apply.  Total Gross Household Income must be at least $1,980 (1 BR) $1,980 (2 BR) or $2,400 (3BR) a month and

Total Household cannot exceed:  1 Occupant - $35,340, 2 Occupants - $40,380, 3 Occupants - $45,420 & 4 Occupants - $50,460.

*Credit, rental and criminal background checks conducted on all applicants ($30 per adult occupant in the form of a money order or you pay online if applying online).
